HOW TO ORDER

Just follow these three simple steps!

  1. Place your order by Tuesday at 7PM on weeks when I’m cooking.

  2. Look for your confirmation email with the pickup address.

  3. Collect your meals on Thursday between 4 PM to 7 PM.

FAQ

Where and when do I pick up my food?
You will receive the pickup address with your email receipt. The location is close to downtown Brattleboro with ample parking. Pickup time is between 4 PM and 7 PM. The food will be packaged cold for you to reheat at your leisure, so there’s no need to worry about arriving exactly at 4 PM.

What if I have a confirmed order but I can’t pick up my meal during the pickup time?
If you are unable to make it during the designated pickup time, please email me at ledaskitchen.com or text/call 802-246-7592 and we’ll figure it out.

When can I see next week’s menu?
On weeks when I’m cooking, next week's menu will be posted soon after the current week's ordering deadline (7PM on Tuesday). I encourage you to subscribe to my newsletter to be notified as soon as it’s available.

Can I still order if I missed the Tuesday noon deadline?
Sometimes, I may have extra food available. Feel free to email me at ledaskitchen@gmail.com to inquire if you can place an order after the deadline.

It’s Tuesday evening—why don’t I see a new menu?
This is where the “weekly-ish” part of my Weekly-ish Chef-Prepared Meals comes into play. There are some weeks when I do not cook.

I have specific dietary restrictions. Are your meals suitable for me?

I clearly label my dishes as GF (gluten-free), DF (dairy-free), Vegetarian, and Vegan based on their ingredients. If you have any particular questions about the ingredients in a specific dish, feel free to email me at ledaskitchen@gmail.com. All my food is gluten-free, but my kitchen is not dedicated or certified gluten-free.

Do you provide catering or cook for events?

If you’re interested in making a larger order for a party, staff meal, or any other occasion, please email me at ledaskitchen@gmail.com.

Where do you source your ingredients?

I get my ingredients from a diverse range of sources, including the Brattleboro Food Co-op, local distributor Food Connects, individual farms and producers, as well as Indian and other specialty food stores. I ensure that all meats are free-range and prioritize local and organic options. However, I don't always detail these specifics on my labels due to the constantly changing nature of sourcing.

How can I reheat my food?

I create my menus with a focus on meals that reheat beautifully, often enhancing their flavor throughout the week. Reheat soups, stews, and curries gently in a covered pot or in the microwave. Gently steam rice as you reheat it by adding a spritz of water to the pot (or simply reheat in a rice cooker if you have one).

Is this a subscription service?
No, it is not a subscription service. You can choose to order whenever you like, whether that’s once or every week!

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, I offer digital gift cards! You can find them here.

How can I find out when a new menu is available?

The most effective way to stay updated is by signing up for my newsletter.
